Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi, looking for some help. I am looking to see if anyone is aware of any rent to buy schemes coming up in the maynooth / Lucan area. Thanks

    Pretty much extinct these days, rent to buy didn't work out so well here, a lot of purchasers and builders got into financial trouble through these schemes. Given the strength of the market in those areas, is l'd say chances are between nil and non existent of seeing a rent to buy scheme. Sorry!

    Thanks was thinking the same but thought that with the new deposit regs company's may look to go back to it.

    Still a lot of cash buyers out there, both towns/suburbs have great rental potential so very attractive to investors.
