I've found myself in an unusual situation this evening, I'm staying in a 'boutique' b and b where the toilet seat is glued to the bowl. Should I rip it off and risk offending the owners or suck it up and sit down for number 1s?

    What does AH say?

Sit down wee means no pee on the floor, toilet areas it shouldn't be, the ceiling etc etc...

I’d say the best thing to do would be to hold it in while you pop onto an Internet forum to ask.

Can't beat a good sit down wee when you wake up hanging on a Sunday morning.

When my household is being collectively mental, i quite often sit down for a pee and take my sweet time returning to the fray.

I don't think it's going to compromise you as a person OP.

Nothing worse then having a stand up pee and then needing to do a s###

I do it sometimes at night when I'm still half-asleep and turning on the light will wake me up a little bit more than I already am. It's either that or risk pissing all over the place.

I think having a piss horn first thing when I wake up is worse, bursting to go but having to wait until the boner is gone.

An old guy i worked with years ago told me sitting is the best as you get more out, i think he was right.

If I were a man I think I'd still pee sitting down, nice little break for myself.

wheres the fun in sitting down. you lose out on the little games like
see how many 'laps' of the bowl you can do
break up the toilet roll in the bottom
    wash the skid mark
    or
    beat the flush

If the seat won't lift then they deserve you pissing all over it.

Why do you need to lift the seat? I never lift the seat, the need to lift it is one of those things I never understood people doing that and people who close the lid another thing I never get and forces people to have to handle the lid.
