Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    This is becoming a tradition at this stage. Here's my storm comparison table for Irish stations now updated with the maximum 10-minute mean wind speeds for Storm Gareth included.

    Been a while since I created the first one of the storm comparison tables so I cannot remember the reason why I chose those stations specifically but if you'd like me to include Newport, I can.

    To be honest I was more curious as I've seen a few comparison charts around the web and most omitted Newport too. I assumed it was a sub station or something.
    Thanks for sharing these here, it's very handy to have a chart for comparing locations.
