Can I combine component certificates to make a full award

I recently found two component certificates from two different level 5 courses that I never completed but together they make up 8 components with a few merits and distinctions. Theyre not the same course but are both from design related courses. Can I combine these to make a full level 5 certificate and how would I do that?
