Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Great squall just came though the mountains. Snow at first, then heavy hail, first minute coming in at 45 degrees from the left (N), next few minutes 45 degrees from the right (S), winds very high and chaotic during this period. Bright sun before, and after only lasted 5 minutes, the drop in temperature was large too, just checking the weather station but from the graph about 6c drop.

    This might be of interest to some , a new storm chasing game being launched shortly. Don't know anything about it except what I've seen on Twitter and their Web Site and Reed Timmer seems to be endorsing or backing it.
