Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Advice - Ear Guards

    Hi everyone
    I'm new to the MMA forum of boards!

    Can anyone recommend a really good ear guard? I have noticed my ears are very sore after training.
    Price is not an issue, I would prefer to get the best protection possible.

    And is a good ear guard enough to prevent ''cauliflower ears''?
    Or is there still a risk of developing it, even with ear guards? :confused:

    I was looking at the ear guards on this site (http://www.sugarrays.co.uk/shop/search.php?mode=search&page=1), but I have no idea what is good or not.
