my doc told me if i eat a varied vegetarian diet i will be quite healthy and will live!9paddys thread) we didnt talk bout specifics though.

my doc asked if i was taking B vitamins. i said i took omega oils (plant ones, in geletine free capsules, available in boots), and she said that was grand.
