Subscribed via Google so it'll be easy to cancel if required

If you do want to cancel, is it just cancel the sub in google pay and not with ssports?

That's my understanding of it. Similar to subscribing to any paid app via Google

Chromecast will probably only work if your router is set up with VPN, not just your phone.

just to add to this, if you're using smart DNS, you need to hand the DNS addresses out from your router and block access to Google's DNS servers (4.4.4.4 and 8.8.8.8) to get Chromecast working for this sort of thing...

Great work, worked with my Smartdnsproxy account. Thanks again

Does it work with just the SmartDNS or do you need a VPN ?

I have expressVPN so had a look there and yep lots of options!

One thing I always wonder about these services is how ye pay. Do they not need cards/Paypals registered in that region or will an Irish card or Revolut work? What about addresses and phone numbers?

Don't want to derail the thread too much or risk straying into forbidden areas, but if someone wants to PM me some guidance that'd be great

Dazn is legal in ireland. Go to Dazn.ie and sign up. No need for vpn or revolut. Pay normally with your irish bank.

You only need the vpn to watch the actual games via canada

How many PL games do they show? I'd be mainly only watching a few teams.

    All of them I believe.

Must give credit to Lucas Hood who gave me the details of this bargain over on the firestick thread.

Just tried using NordVPN and it wouldnt work.

I signed up for the Turkish option and paid via google pay. Ill keep trying DAZN and make a choice at some point but so far Turkish option is very good.

Signed up over the app with PureVPN set to Turkey. Paid via Google Play.

Streaming is working fine on the Firestick with PureVPN app set to Turkey.

But given that the Irish package is different, do you not need a different sub with them for CA stuff?

Sorry for the stupid questions. If it's just one rate and you can watch anything they offer elsewhere via VPN then great :)

Wouldn't use google pay for me, said currency not supported.
    I think it's because I'm using 3 credit.

    Anyway, worked with revolut, €2.01.

    EDIT:
Watched a bit of Portuguese football, flawless stream, commentary was not english.

I'm not into PL so can anyone say is that every game or just crap ones?

That's every game up to 27th, spurs v pool on 28th.

Yeah not everything is in english. The popular stuff should be.

Sometimes it won't play in english when you select a match from the home screen but if you scroll down to the live channel (s sport 1 & s sport 2) you can change it there. The option is there for the portuguese game but no english commentary.

Will look for english commentary when watching prem.
Was just testing the live stream for quality, was flawless.

My other streams would buffer fairly regularly, so this is brilliant.

There's also the button under rewind where you can bring up language option.

Any recommendations for a reasonable priced VPN(for firesticks) that would get this working?

Thanks for this. Managed to get it setup and have it working perfect on Nvidia shield with Nordvpn.
Have a subscription to bein mena which I could get working on handheld devices but never on the shield.

Do the Premiership matches have build up, half time and post match analysis in English?
Not the most important thing, I know. Just curious as its nice to have

Do you know if they show all of the Portuguese Primeira Liga matches? Also do they show any games from the English Championship?

    Thanks in advance.
