Hey all, I've been using Cerazette for nearly 3 years now without a break. I'm in my 40's and started using it purely to control my periods which was fierce heavy.

I have a few weird medical issues going on which I'm seeing consultants about but I was thinking of coming off the pill for a couple of months to give my body a break but I'm afraid of how bad my periods could get plus it also took me a couple of months to get used to the pill when I first started - face was covered in horrible acne.

Has anyone here come off this pill and how long does it take for periods to come back? Did you notice any changes in yourself when you came off it?

I will be asking my GP all these questions when I see her next week but I would like to get real life opinions too.
