Occupational therapy job prospects in Ireland?

I'm finishing up an UK OT MSc in a few months, I'm intending to take a UK rotational hospital post until I am able to get CORU registration.

What advice would anyone have for getting a full time position preferably HSE back in Ireland. I don't mind working full time privately if the end point is secure job.

Basically I'm trying to gauge the job situation in Ireland for entry level full time occupational therapists. Anyone got any advice?

There is a MAJOR shortage of OTs in Mental Health Services in Ireland. You can check for posts online but I cant imagine a world where you won't get a job here.
