Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Vintage Tractor - Motor Tax

    We have an old tractor here, 1978. It's due for Motor Tax renewal.
    Do we have to apply for Vintage Road tax, or is it done automatically.
    There looking for €102.;)

    i think you would have to apply as vintage. Our main tractor is registered as vintage but we don't do a lot of road. I'm not sure what would happen if you were stopped by the guards bringing a trailer load of 10/10/20 from the co op when it's not St Patrick's day

    i assume its taxed though.
    Just because its vintage doesnt mean it cant be used for work on the road.
    Insurance on the other hand can be vintage only , vintage and agri
