Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Small construction job

    We’re finding it very difficult to find someone to look after a few minor construction projects.
    Probably just a fortnights work on a porch and garage.
    Can anyone recommend someone reliable who will take on that kind of work in county Roscommon please?

    Maybe outline what you need done.Is it carpenter/electrician/block layer etc ?

    A little bit of work for each trade, maybe a plumber too.
    Elderly relatives want to add wheelchair accessible porches at front and back doors of house, a car port, additional lighting outside, move garage door, make a change to foot paths and add some accessories to bathroom.
    Make their home accessible on their own terms.

    Still looking for someone who will take on a relatively small job and arrange plumbing, electrician, carpenter, tiler and decorator. Indoor and outdoor (driveway) work.
    We’ve had a couple of people lined up who have let us down.
    It’s all very frustrating.
