Insurance for LHD commercial van? <25 y/o

Hi,

I've a VW crafter bought in Germany which is LHD for a conversion to a camper. Can't get insured on a camper as I'm under 25.

The alternative I see is to get it insured as commercial, but the few companies I called said they wouldn't offer insurance on a LHD van.

Any advice, suggestions or recommendations of insurance companies would be appreciated.
