Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I received a summons for JS to my old address where i havnt lived for nearly 10 years (i know the person living there now). I am living in a different county now and whilst the court is within travelling distance its something i hate having to do. Do i have to attend or even acknowledge that I received the summons?
