Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi,

    Hoping someone can help with some info - how do I go about unlocking a moto g phone? Was bought in the UK and I'm pretty sure it's locked to three.

    Have a look on Ebay, run a search for 'moto g unlock', there's a few there for other providers, can't see one for Three but likely unlock process is the same no matter what.

    Which Moto g? G1 2 3 etc?

    You normally give them the IMEI code and they can then give you a code to unlock it. Depends on make and model, some can't be done this way, some can.
