How Long

Hi, I emailed eflow yesterday to cancel my tag account, how long will it be before they come back to me to confirm closure??

I can check if the account has been closed for you. Can you PM myself(& eFlow: John) the AC number and confirm the name, address and phone number on the account and confirm you are are the account holder.

Hi Cipro55,

It is possible to pay for trips in advance.

You can do this by calling our customer service centre on 1890-50-10-50 and an agent can process the pre payment over the phone.

You can also pre pay for trips online on https://csc.eflow.ie/myaccount/payUTT.aspx just enter in the license plate number of the vehicle you will be travelling in and the number of trips you plan on making and then enter in your payment details.

To remove the hassle of making payments yourself we also have accounts that you can set up for automatic payment, the details of the accounts are available online or call us on 1890-50-10-50 for more info.
