concrete lintel for French Doors.

I want to widen a single door into double doors. It's a load bearing internal wall with 4 inch solids. Opening will be about 1500-1600. Do I need to use 1- 4inch concrete lintel or would I need to put in 2, one on top of the other? I can't remember at what span you need to double up the lintels.
