Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

star craft 2 install

    Hi guys i recently got back into pc gaming so thought id try star craft 2 wings of liberty.Just got the dvd the other day and when trying to install the game it wants to download 7 gb !.surely there cant be 7gb of patches is there anyway to install the game without doing the download as its almost half my monthly limit and would take me days to download that amount of data.

    Not sure you can avoid it and I think you will have to link or activate your battle.net account or something like that.

    Try the expansion pack if you can ;)
