Prefab removal/demolition

Hi, does anyone have any advice on getting a small prefab removed? Acquired one when I bought a house. Think it was used for storage or as an office. Didn't ask vendors to remove it as I didn't want to slow the sale down. It's not in great shape so I wouldn't be selling it. I'd imagine it would have to be demolished and…
