Hi,
I’m looking for some nurses or anyone to help me out. I’m not sure whether to go back to the public sector or stay private. I’m currently working in private and I understand I don’t have some benefits like the public sector such as a pension or sick pay but apart from that I don’t see anything else. I like my job but everyone tells me I should go back to public as it’s safer and better benefits. My only worry is that the public sector is extremely hard to work in and the private sector isn’t as stressful. I’d like it if someone could explain the proper pros and cons to private and public as I’m not sure what I should really do. Any input would be so appreciated!
