If anyone is looking for a couple of players to play on Wed/Thurs evenings for kick a bout or competitive matches let me know.

Anywhere South Side Dublin.

Both players although in mid 30's are good standard & have recent Leinster senior league experience., just have to give up Sunday/Saturdays matches now for family time.

I play Monday night 11 a side for my own team but looking to also play Tues Wed or Thurs evenings in competitive astro league's 11 a side on the Sth Side of Dublin.

I've 12 years Leinster senior league Div 1 level experience. Play midfield or upfront. Im fit & will do a good shift.

I'll gladly help out any teams short numbers late notice.

Hi all,
I am the head club coach at Knocklyon Utd. We are currently looking for players for all ages and ability (we are currently regrading all teams and age groups) so now would be a great time to come, take a look and see what you think for the 2011/2012 season.

We have a minimum of 3 teams to each age group playing on both Saturday and Sunday.
In particular, we are looking for players for the following teams (this season's age groups I am using):

U8A1 - Playing in DDSL Sat, are in A1 again next season.
U10A - Made top 6 and will be playing Saturday DDSL Premier next season.
U11's A - Currently on course for 2nd place and promotion to Major from DDSL A Sat Division.

Looking for a weekly game/team to play with...at least once a week if not more...

Used to be pretty good, but haven't played in a long time...
Have played everywhere from back to front except between the sticks.

Based in D22, but can travel within reason. Work 9-6 friday-tuesday, so anyday, anytime outside of these times is fine. Cheers.

Hi good folks. I'm 21 and looking for a team to train with maybe even play a game with. Only started playing Astro the last 2 Months, no experience before that. So skill wouldn't be great, fitness is good it's on the up!

So looking to join a team train with for a while till I am up to standard maybe even a few games.

Hi Guys,

I'm a long time phantom supporter of Boardeaux and I suppose it has been my ambition to one day line up in the side. I'm just wondering if there are some trials or something to see if I meet the required standard? I'd really love to give it a bash, you seem to play a very exciting brand of football. I know you are the current league champions so it is a bit daunting for me but I said to myself 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'.

A bit of info about myself might give you a better idea. I'm in my early twenties but I only started playing football in the past few years. I started with a ball and a wall but I've progressed to a decent enough standard I think. I played astro in college over the last years and my team came 3rd in the rosebowl competition at the end! To date that's been my footballing highlight but I think I could take my game to the next level by learning from the likes of Frank Grimes. He seems to provide really thoughtful advice to other fellas on the team and I've been trying to use some of his advice in my life.

Anyway if somebody could let me know, I'd be most grateful.

Extra players needed:

5 Aside Astro. Wednesdays. 20:30. Greenhills Road. €6 a head.

We've a block booking for the next 7 weeks but seem to be struggling to get players each week so if anyone is interested then get in touch. Most of us haven't played in a few years so we're only starting to get our fitness back. Nothing too serious, just a normal game, average skill, average fitness.
