When he said those words he didn't really mean those words in that order or context, what he really meant was < Insert B.S excuse here > you just cant see that he meant that because you take his words literally instead of squinting your eyes and reading between the lines while doing a handstand.

The mounting numbers of deaths, eventually in the 1000's, and nightly pictures of coffins and families unable to attend funerals will finish him off.

Surely to God this is it in November???

That every single republican will vote for him yes, all democrats will vote Biden yes, but that all Undecideds/Middle/Not declareds will NOT vote for him and will vote for Biden thus ousting him finally.

All that rubbish and underplaying of the virus shows him to be the fool he is:
It will just disappear (I am paraphrasing)
"everyone who wants a test will get a test" (lie)
"to be open by Easter would be a beautiful thing" (the stupidity)

His actions and lack of actions are leading to people's deaths. I pray to the universe this is it.

And when it does I really think history will show him to be one of the evilest humans to sit in the office of the US Presidency.

America is better than him. Do it for humanity USA!

    He’s 4/5 for re-election on PP.
    So better than EVS.
People know the country needs a strong economy post virus and he’s got that covered. The economic misery of the Obama presidency is still fresh in most minds (even most of the second term).

The virus was always going to damage the economy but he has exacerbated it with his negligence during the vital few weeks at the start when instead he chose to downplay it. Massive unemployment and the stock market bouncing around where it was when he took office is not a winning argument to make to voters.

75 months of consecutive job growth under Obama. When he took over US was losing 800,000 jobs every month

Unemployment fell from 10% in 2009 to 4.7% by end of 2016

Dow rose from 6,000 range to 19,000. For the equivalent % rise to happen between 2017 and 2024 Dow would need to top 50,000

Big fall in budget deficit, rise in GDP growth

Trump inherited an economy that had been in a bull run since at least 2011

Most people never saw any of this:
Anemic wage growth, low job security and painfully high outgoings to pay for Obamacare.
There’s a reason Trump won and not the continuation of the Obama administration (Clinton).

Under Trump, some fast food restaurant manager are now on $100k (more than Irish junior doctors)

It’s the best economy for workers since the Bill Clinton days. You won’t read any of that in the left leaning European rags of course.

That fast food manager is out of work right now, and likely still feeling it come November too.

"During Obama’s last four years in office the average weekly earnings for production and nonsupervisory workers went up 4.9%. Over Obama’s entire two-term tenure, wages were up 4.2%.

Over President George W. Bush’s eight years in office, wages also increased by 4.2%, and under President Bill Clinton, they went up by 6.4%. (Real average weekly earnings for all private sector employees, including supervisors, shows a similar trend, though BLS only has published statistics going back to 2006. Those figures are up 2.3% under Trump, 3.9% under Obama’s second term and 4% over his eight years in office"

    Source: Factcheck.org.

Obama comfortably won two terms so I don't see your point. Clinton got 3 million more votes than Trump and Trump only scraped in by a combined 80,000 votes in 3 states..states btw he is underwater popularity wise right now.

Clinton lost because the Republicans, right wing media and corporate media made her more unpopular than Trump.

I love how Trump supporters ignore all the points and then just continue the flawed line of reasoning. Always the same. "Most people never saw any of this" :pac:

I get that the Trump supporters will never change (roll eyes)

I am hoping that sanity prevails, and there are some sane middle grounders out there who see him for what he is.

The outcome of the Corona crisis is anyone’s guess:
Keep in mind the US has 4 times the ICU beds per capita than Europe. Death rate of below 2% instead of 5-10%
Also, the amazing capitalist machinery is just oiling up, wait for the 5min test results, giant military temporary hospitals like the Javits centre, the 2m tests per day and eventually the vaccine and cure.

No one knows what it’s like in November. Right now the odds are favoring Trump. Of course that can change, but don’t assume the worst case regarding Corona.

You left out the part about Obamacare ;)
    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/22/out-of-pocket-health-spending-dropped-after-obamacare-rolled-out.html

“ middle-income households saw a 28 percent jump in high-burden premium spending, the study found.”

That was a massive vote loser. Low income earners gained from it but they’re Dem voters anyway. The middle ground was lost on this.

Thats all fantasy stuff though? The US is on track to becoming the global epicentre. People are dieing in NY because they can't get hospital care.

Dude, sounds like the propaganda machine is just oiling up!
If all of this is available to the US and do-able, why didn't Trump just instruct it two weeks ago instead of denying it was even going to affect the USA. NYC is a disaster zone, doctors without PPE, not enough ventilators and ICU beds, people are dying right now.

His inability to listen to the experts and advisors is frightening

US has far more ICU beds than any other country, Germany is second and they are doing better than anyone else already.

    5minute Corona test:
    https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-03-27/abbott-launches-5-minute-covid-19-test-for-use-almost-anywhere

Javits hospital one of largest in country built in days:
    https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/army-helps-make-temporary-hospital-yorks-javits-center/story?id=69845568

Within 2 weeks the usa will be the biggest tester in the world. This is a country that popped out an aircraft carrier per month in WW2, they will ramp up production in a very short time.

Not enough ICU beds? Read my post/link above.

Why do you lefties not vilify Pedro Sanches and Iglesias in Spain? They encouraged people to go to the Madrid Woman’s March a few weeks ago. That’s much closer to outright murder than Trump’s failings.

It is well accepted from virologists that Trump restricting access to the US so early had a positive affect. When he restricted travel from China the left were running around saying it was evidence that he was a racist! I already posted a clip of Biden saying the flight ban was "fear mongering" and proved Trump was a xenophobic. Well, he wasn't alone, here's a Feb 1st tweet from Pelosi:

    https://twitter.com/SpeakerPelosi/status/1223414098614018057

'Oh that's just two democrats, Pete!' I hear you say. Well, how about the 219 Democrats in Congress sponsoring a bill that if passed would prevent Trump from restricting travel:
"This bill imposes limitations on the President’s authority to suspend or restrict aliens from entering the United States and terminates certain presidential actions implementing such restrictions.."

But yet here you are rolling your eyes at anyone saying anything positive about Trump, telling us all people are dying cause of his inability to lead! And what pray tell do you think these regressive leftists would have done had they had one of their lot in the Oval? Other than giving great thought to who to have sit on the coronavirus taskforce so it best resembles a Benetton ad I mean.

I wonder how much a German has to pay for an ICU bed compared to an American. Can you tell us that? Germany has a health service America has a health industry that’s why more lives will always be saved in countries that do not monetize the health and life of people

Who’s you lot? I never said any of those things. You’re a joke. People are dying in New York because they can’t get hospital treatment and you still toe the line. You’ll be the only trump supporter left when this is over.

Then why is Andrew Cuomo in such a panic? Bear in mind, available ICU beds in Texas or Alaska are not much good to NYC. It’s hard to transport someone who’s already in critical condition without specialist transport and medics.
