Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I saw on the CAO application form that all documentation needs to arrive within 10 days submitting your application. What is considered as 'submitted'? The last time you update the form?

    Sorry for the silly question, this just confused me!

    I had it completely wrong, it's not from the date the application is submitted but from when you registered online, which I did in January. What happens now? Does this void my application? Can I still send the documentation?

    For mature students it's from closing date. Your application is fine. Send the documents by registered post on Monday and you'll be fine.

    On this topic, I sent off my documentation well before the closing date. Have heard nothing back but on logging into the portal, I see a reminder note at the top indicating that the deadline for documentation is in a few weeks. Is this just a general reminder or do I need to take some action on this?
