Difference between carbamide and hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening?

Which one is better. I was viewing a product for teeth whitening. The carbamide at a higher dose needs longer time (leave on overnight) whilst the hydrogen is a lower percent and only needs leaving on for one hour

This isn't really a chemistry question - if you want you can rephrase it asking how each works or some such but be aware that boards has a strict ban on asking for medical advice.
