Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    once Vodafone has passed it to a debt collector they won't engage with you so it's either deal with the debt collector or nobody.

    Why don't you just block them?
    Maybe she's a decent person and her conscience doesn't allow her run up several hundred euro worth of debt and then do a bunk.

    There should be an automatic ban for people who post non helpful ****e like “pay your bills”, sponger”, scammer” cheat” etc etc.
    Was there some posts deleted? You're the only one I can see who has mentioned sponger, scammer, or cheat.
