Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hello all and welcome to another Q's News - the last one for 2012 (and if we're to believe the Mayan Apocalypse rumours, the last one ever)!

    We've already mentioned the Santa Strike Force several times but there are many people who don't know what it is or where it came from, so we have the following from DeVore

    2. Targets. We need to find children's charities who could use entertainment equipment. That can be anything from finger-paints to xboxes, basketball boards to woodworking materials (all of those are past requests we have fulfilled). You can tell us on this thread here. Or mail Santa's little helper at "tom .at. boards.ie"
    Finally, all that remains to say is that all the team here in the office as well as all of the Distilled Media crew want to extend a happy Christmas, or Yule, or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or Hogswatch or whatever it is you celebrate (and we hope the atheists amongst you have a nice day :)).
    To the whingers last year who got annoyed and wished us to "GET A TERRIBLE VIRUS AND DIE IN PAIN" when we said "Happy Holidays" - we hope you're happy now... :p

    Dav will be on duty over the few days between the 24th and 2nd if you have need to get in touch with the office, but otherwise we'll be off-line taking a break.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
