I have one and really like it. Easy to use and great value for money. One simple accessory to make it easier again would be to replace the straight finderscope with a right angle one. The straight one can be a bit awkward.

Stephen in KTec is very knowledgeable & helpful. There's no better place to buy from. (Maybe I'm biased though, cause I won my 200P from him as a spot prize at an astronomy festival a few years ago!)

This arrived promptly but I only started using it the last week or two, because of lack of time and visible moon. Delighted with it, great images of the moon. Haven't managed to see anything else yet but reckon once I adjust the viewfinder to be more accurate I will see Saturn and Jupiter. Skymap app makes finding them in the sky easy.

Thinking I'll get a filter for it to improve contrast and reduce glare. There seems to be conflicting opinions about which are best online. What are people's thoughts here about them?

Enjoy it ...and the weather chaser...

For Moon the best one is the variable filter.
It has a dual glass setup and you can get whatever level of light or dark you feel is appropiate to your eyes.
Go for the "terminator",when is not full moon, as it will be a shock to see the lines of the terrain...

Stephen gave me a filter years ago, maybe are better things "today"...
