Issues with mobile app viewing

    Hi all

    I recently had a UNV Uniview EZCloud system installed. 4 channel DVR and 4 cameras. DVR is set up and installed in the attic recording away. After this was done I wanted remote viewing so I installed the EZView app on my phone but I can only view the cameras when I’m connected to the same WiFi network as the DVR. Not from a different WiFi or mobile data. I assume it’s just something in the settings I done wrong? Anyone any expierence in this area?
