Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

They do little to prevent droplets escaping, so do not use instead of a face mask They are supposed to be used with a mask, not instead of.

Thank you. They just seem to be popular around with people and I was wondering about them.
Would it be a bit extreme to wear both a mask and a face shield?
