Films with no talking

Simply put, there aren't many if you're discounting the silent era. There are fewer still outside the experimental space.

Your best bet would be the Qatsi trilogy or their spiritual and formal brethren Baraka and Samsara. Non-narrative documentaries which are basically montages of images and dramatic scores reflecting on aspects of modern life.

All Is Lost is probably the closest thing a fairly mainstream film has come to being dialogue-free in recent times. Robert Redford battling for survival while stranded at sea. There's maybe a few lines of dialogue in there (I couldn't say for sure), but mostly it's just the sound of the sea.

The Tribe, as mentioned, doesn't have any spoken dialogue - instead only non-subtitled sign language. Be aware, it's a graphic and bleak film.

If you're willing to dive back a big earlier, Japanese film The Naked Island from the 1960s is a powerful example of a film told through images and sounds but no dialogue. Ditto, Jacques Tati's wonderful films from the same era (Mr Hulot's Holiday, Mon Oncle and Playtime particularly) are bordering on silent comedy, but there is some scattered dialogue here and there (frankly, you could watch them without subtitles and miss very little).

The Tati spirit lives on in Sylvian Chomet's lovely animated features, again featuring low to no dialogue.
