Whirlpool AKZ9 - demo mode?

I've just installed a Whirlpool AKZ9 built in electric oven - https://www.whirlpool.ie/r/appliance...x/859991530370 - and it powers up just fine, all functions appear to work except the fan doesn't come on, the oven doesn't warm up and in grill mode th element doesn't warm up either. Oven light comes on fine and the controls look to be working fine too.

It's as if it's in some kind of demo mode, and ideas what could be wrong?

Anyone have any clue? I'm hungry and starting to waste away here.

I contacted Whirlpool and they want to send an engineer out, at cost.

Have you set the clock?

I know on some ovens, if the clock is not set, the oven won't function. You might see the clock flashing 0:00 or 12:00

Worth a try.

I went back to the shop today for the second time and we figured it out. You need to power it off for a minute or so, the turn it back on. When on, hold back and light together until it beeps. I had pizza this evening :-)
