Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

There is bungalow down the road from us that is vacant and falling into disrepair. We love the site and the location and would love to bring the bungalow back to life. I have a copy of the folio already and we are wondering does anyone have any advise on next steps; how to approach the owners, etc etc......we are new to…

I'm guessing it was the parents place, and either the owners either don't want to sell it, or the multiple children can't agree on a price, or it's under the fair deal scheme whereby it doesn't get sold until the parent dies, as it'll cover the cost of the nursing home.
