Wet snow and sleet easing in North Kildare. 1.5c. will be interesting to see what the batch of fairly heavy precipitation brings in the coming hours.

Very unlike YR.no to be so far off the mark - pissing out of the heavens here in Dun Laoghaire, was supposed to be dry until a few hours after midnight apart from a light shower from 8-9! Not sure I've ever seen them get a forecast so wrong, especially without it having been corrected earlier in the day.

So much for getting some exercise in this evening anyway

Bright evening here near Tralee with about 5/8 cloud cover of various heights.

High of 8.7C with winds up around 50 km/h earlier

3.8mm , mix of rain and hail showers

Bar 990.4 hPa Steady

Eye of the system overhead here and lashing, pretty unusual to have a system moving backwards like this. Interesting and cool in a weather geeky way

Will be interesting to see if your temperatures continue to fall. Maybe the Ninja Snow thread would be a better to palce to track your weather - https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/show...p?t=2057970265

Meanwhile in North Kildare, the temperature never went below 3c in the latest batch of precipitation. Rain throughout, sometimes heavy.
