Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Rent and refuse charges

Our rent included refuse collection. Got letter from agent that this set up will end shortly at beginning of new month and so must arrange own account. Should current rent be reduced in lieu that it no longer include refuse collection?

This is effectively a rent increase. The landlord is only allowed one rent increase per year and only in line with market rents.
