Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Can anyone tell me if the BTWFD is a assessed as means for the back to school clothing and footwear allowance? I am hoping I might qualify this year? Thanks

Just had a quick look on welfare.ie and my take on it is that BTWFD will be assessed as this will be your main social welfare payment.
But go ahead and apply when application date is opened all that can happen is that you get a NO.
