I work in a small IT company (5-7 users) and we are looking for a new Call Management/Logging tool where we can do the following:
- Log customer issues
- Assign to engineer
- Record time and details against call
- Abilty to run variety of reports including customer montly times, engineer monthly times (billable and non-billable)
- Knowledge base
There are other requirements but the above gives a brief idea on what we are looking for.
