Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hello, is there a charge to change your insurance to a temporary car provided by the garage while mine is being serviced?

    Depending on the vehicle information provided a charge may be applied. Can I ask you to contact our call centre on 1890 89 1890 we are open to 7pm and an agent can assist you with this?

    Makes no sense. It should be an easy yes or no especially since the car would be similar.

    As stated in your policy booklet a charge may apply for a temporary change. Would you like me to request a call back?
