Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Sports Direct .ie - no Vat issues

    HI All, Not exactly a bargain alert but not sure where else to put it.

    Ordered from the irish sports direct website and was unsure about if Vat was going be charged by Ireland etc.

    I asked their representative on FB who was not really able to answer it.

    Long story short even though the company is registered in the UK the invoice shows Vat number: IE3415318BH

    So sports direct Ireland will charge you Irish vat and it should be business as usual post brexit
