Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

I don't know where we're going, but I know where I am (part 9)

Couchside, in my OH’s place watching the 90s classic Pulp Fiction on DVD - it is still as brilliant as when I first saw it in the cinema with old college friends at the tender age of 19.

The rescue guy got to us very quickly earlier today when the car wouldn’t start as the battery was flat (see earlier post) and we went for drive up the M1 to Drogheda and then along the Boyne, heading back to Dublin via the old N3.

Back to the coal face tomorrow. No hum...

    Night night all! :)

I think I will go outside, sit on the front wall and take in the wind.

    I so love this weather.

"Gather up the pots and the old tin can, the mash the corn the barley and the bran, run like the devil from the excise man, keep the smoke from rising barney".

A tuneful start to Monday, I haven't time to hate it, must rush, I have a site to visit before work.
2 weeks of drudgery left, then I'm my own boss.
    Happy Monday.

At the coalface since 7.30 am, lovely calm morning now but there's a cold nip in the air, alot of debris on the roads on the morning commute. Nice relaxed day today as caught up on a bucket load of work last week. Have a good Monday everyone.

Watching Jumanji 2 with the child....it's absolute muck...

It still makes me giggle when it rains heavily and I remember lying on a trolley in a corridor in Limerick A&E and a large, louder than life Limerick lady standing next to the big plate glass wall looking out at the hospital garden bellows "it's like the rain in f****n Jumanji!". Sequels rarely match the original.

Homeside very slowly reanimating after a big session of dyeing yesterday heh. And a long night. Listening to Always Forever and feeling pretty happy.

Darkness and sunshine racing across the sky.

Isn't sausage sandwich just the king of sandwiches. Just finished one myself. And a flake for dessert.

I'd like to be in bed. I'd also like to be eating a breakfast roll. I'd also like to be watching a really good movie.

:pac: .... I am the walrus clearly, I mean duh... :D

All joking aside, we must all be easily identifiable and lined up neatly in a row. Like the Von Trapp children... :pac:

Monday was a bit like jumping in to an icepool after been in the sauna. A real slap in the chops.
But its pizza night and will be home soon. Think positive and all that.
