Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    The owners want them on "home" soil, as there are still many maintenance issues that require regular attention even if the airframe is not being used productively by an operator, and they are probably getting very good parking prices from Shannon.

    EI381 from LHR seems to have got in ok just now....

    ...and LH968, an Embraer ER, has gone around for another approach immediately after the EI A320 landed.

    No way would they use Cork unless it was a major uncontrollable fire onboard.

    Corks runways are so short, be a problem getting a 767 out of there, sure Norwegian had problems with a 737!

    Best stick to an airport designed for onboard situations instead of a regional type airport

    It is privately owned by Al-Atheer Aviation. Registration HZ-ATR in Sauia Arabia. Heading across the atlantic at the moment.
