See an old green W108 up on Nth Gr Georges St, had E** *** L plates on it, now on 7*** Z so I reckon he moves between here and UK and reg's it back and forward depending where he's living  , - in HongKong/China they just stick the 2 plates on the car - http://hongwrong.com/hong-kong-number-plates/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/dcaudwell/3889769313/ )

That 108 is always there. The owner is a companion of David Norris, have seen him dropping Norris off a few times. A bit tatty I think ( the car, not Norris!).

I snapped this beauty at the rally in Summerhill yesterday, it brought back great memories. Its a Metro 6R4 for those too young to know.

Used to see them quite frequently but it's been a while. Always provided plenty if drama.

Saw a Discovery similar to that a few months back in Dublin.

My gf turned to me and says "Kaiser, what country is that from?"

It was on old Irish plates :pac:

In Britanny on hols at the moment, the roads are full of old french machines. The French don't seem to be caught up in new-plate syndrome at all, they just keep their cars on the road. Pics to follow if I think of it.

Just got back yesterday from a couple of weeks travelling around France in a Volvo 1800ES. Went to the Le Mans Classic. Some very exotic stuff there, amongst a million 911's and Lotus/Caterham 7's.
