Got word for this horse lomu 11/4 mussellbrough 3.45 might get 3/1 with some bookies.
    The word is WIN.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,683 ✭✭✭zimmermania

ROTHERWICK has been running on at the finish in recent races without looking like winning,is looking well handicapped now and i am hoping that the mile and a half (ran over that distance for the first time lto) and the heavy ground may enable him to get his head in front today for in-form trainer Paul Cole,8 runners so ew at 7/1 4.10 Epsom.

I have 3 horses from my tracker going in the next few days. None of the 3 have won for quite some time, over a year for all 3. So my predicament is do I back on the basis that a losing run has to end sometime and also surely the owners will be entering races where they fancy their chances at this stage or should I leave them.

You may as well give them one more shot,as be a killer if the won when no bet on them and thats when there more likely to win lol

Not a great run missed out on a place but never looked like placing in 3rd spot.

I'm fine, been busy for a while and was still having a few bets but nothing to get too excited about.Would not mind a bit of a touch though as i just organised a trip to Vilamoura for the Portugal Masters, staying in one of the sponsors hotels (Dom Pedro) across the road from the casino.Would be nice if one of the Books funded it.

DANZENO is old enough at 8 but the combination of soft ground and 5 furlongs leads me to believe that there may be value in backing him ew against Dakota Gold in the 2.oc at Ascot.

I have backed an old fav of mine SUMMERGHAND has not run a bad race all year being placed in all the big 6 furlong handicaps.

It is hard to believe the horse has never run further than 6 furlongs despite running on well at the finish in all the top handicaps.

One would have to think David Omeara knows best but i could not resist having a score ew with PP st 16s and if he stays 7 will take all the beating in the 3.10 Ascot.

I have backed CAPE BYRON (goes on soft) in the 3.40 Ascot and rate the Varian horse a very good bet at 9/4.

The last time POWER LINK ran i tipped him up here at 20/1 and he bolted up by more than 4 lengths, runs in the 7.30 at Wol tomorrow night and though up 9 lbs can probably win again.

INTISAAB might be the danger despite top weight and i would not have too much on POWER LINK after 6 weeks off though i expect POWER LINK to do well in time and will not be surprised to see him win.

Lah ti dar runs without Frankie in the saddle today in the 3.25

5/1 is still generous though with 3 places for 9 horses.

Has won when i tipped him here before. I'll be backing it main bet today. Fingers legs and toes crossed

In hindsight it should have been obvious that dettori knew what he was at. He rodethe winner.
