Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Just download invoice from amazon italy and upaload it along with the serial number[starts with (21) ]...mine was approved in a day...waiting for cash to arrive in the account.

    Do u need the serial number from the soundbar? I have ordered one but it hasn't arrived yet.

    This was down again to 119euro for an hour today.

    It wouldn't post to Ireland/parcel motel though so couldn't get it. Looks like a super deal!

    That's strange, there was no issue when I ordered and it was delivered by an post.

    Download the mobile App(Ht controller) Its godsend....I am keeping the default on 3D surround as thats the best output.

    I've no clue, it will deliver to my old USA address but not to UK/Ireland.

    Thanks for that. Setup a parcel wizard as the sound bar is still in my cart for the 119e price but it won't ship to Parcel Wizard either.

    It must just be the seller that won't ship.

    Under order page there would be download invoice option..it would be in italian and pdf form

    If you are interested in this and it is giving the won't post to Ireland message.

    Look under the price at the New and Used available link. click that and there are a few Warehouse ones. They will post but it costs €14.

    I got a Used but "like new" warehouse one for €169. Which is still pretty good value. There is one with a small mark that is a tenner cheaper.

    Will keep my eyes peeled for that with the 107. Not a fan of having Alexa or smart listening devices in the house. Bad enough having your phone listening 24/7 :-D

    Sound wise they look to be identical. There are a few other changes, 109 has ethernet and wireless, alexa, usb. A few other difference, if you're thinking of getting one I'd look into a few comparison videos on youtube yourself to see what you think.

    Big box from Amazon.it arrived today but inside was a Anker Soundcore Infinity Pro! I don't know much about it, but it is €250 on Amazon so a similar price range. No Alexa but it has Dolby Atmos (although reviews say it is a limited version)

    anyone know if that is a decent one or if I should send it back? Tempted to ask for a partial refund and keep it.
