Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    My friend that broke up with her bf recently is doing so well. She's started Slimming World and she's lost a stone in six weeks. I'm so proud of her! :D

    Ah crap. I got little stones when I lost my first 3 stones and I cannot find them anywhere. I wanted to keep them and have them made into something when I got to target. :(

    hahah paws thats why i like when they say i want to get rid of my stones not to lose them (as if id be looking forward to find them again :D)

    btw last year when i did that gymra 8 weeks programme i lost 3kg and was sooo good
    but they are all back im afraid :(
