Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Moving mortgage but staying with same bank

    Hi,
    We are with Haven for a mortgage, currently on variable rate. Want to swap to 3 year fixed with Haven. Is it a difficult process, or is the fact it's with the same bank make it straight forward. Do we need to get statements etc all again. Thanks

    While I havnt been in that situation myself. It was my understanding that it was a very simple process, basically a phone call and a form to sign.
