    Started the day with Two Paczek (rose filled doughnuts), then had eggs on top of rice with pickled beets and yougurt, tgenna load of bread and cheese and now I'm having ramen with sauerkraut and...

    I'm after eating too much. 2 poached chicken fajhitas served with stewed vegetables (peppers, onion, beans, sweetcorn, green olives, stewed in a spicy tomato soup, some salt, olive oil and basil)

    copious coffee and toast as last night.. Food the next days will be as copious as the coffee as when I went to the kitchen around 4 am I found myself paddling in water.. dratted freezer meltdown. HOPING it was just a crazy defrost as no way can I replace it or manage without but some perishables have to be eaten today... It is purring again..

    Beef in Garlic and Chili stir fry tonight.

    Silky marinated sirloin beef slices. Green pepper, onion, finely sliced carrot, water chestnuts, chili flakes, oyster sauce, Siriacha hot chili sauce. Wok it all up and better that most takeaways too.

    Tubbed for later.:D

    Spaghetti in a creamy truffle ( a few tiny pieces) sauce with rocket and tomatoes.
    I ordered a wine, I'd sweat more than whats in the glass, nice though...

    I'm just after chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with cheese with mash, peas and pepper sauce and I'd mangle that in a couple of hours time if I had it.

    You have the right proportions of colour, flavours, crunchieness, gooeyness, and I can nearly taste the spiceyness looking at the picture.

    Me mouth is watering thinking of the beef, I hate you.

    Ah cheers. Having a few beers before it. :D I'll mangle it later and yes it's nice and spicy! A decent bit of beef makes all the difference. Some takeaways have chewy sh1te and hardly any in it.
