I know they are not normal, pretty sure they have a higher ratio of chocolate which is why I would expect higher weight. Just saying the 3euro items in dealz are usually amazing value, often much higher grams per euro than the 1.50 deals.

The mars pouch listed a few weeks ago which contained these type of malteasers were 450g.

I do see where you are coming from, but these maltesers normally sell for €5-6 per box so still a good deal.

I know the celebrations pouch for 450g was better value but after you throw out the bounties and milky ways (I mean who actually eats those?) they are probably a similar weight :pac: :p

I was thinking of those "USA" biscuits the other day, imagine somebody in jacobs suggested that name today!
Jacobs USA has been a staple in Irish cupboards since 1918. its name originated from the time America joined the Great War and an influx of American troops came to Europe. Wanting to be associated with the social enthusiasm felt toward these new arrivals, USA seemed an appropriate name for the product range. The product selection consists of 14 biscuits, half of which are chocolate covered and the rest of which are plain or cream biscuits.

    I think it ended Yesterday!

The 3 for €10 sweets ended a day early. Checkout girl told me the supplier pulled the rug on the deal a day early so tesco also pulled it. It was to finish Monday last apparently.

All tubs of heroes, celebrations etc are listed as "Sorry, this product is currently not available" on tesco.ie, which was the reason I asked. Clearly, you neglected to check prior to your retort, but I hope this made you feel validated.
No need for the haughty attitude.

    I think it ended Yesterday!

Darn, thanks saved me a trip.

I was sure I'd seen December 4th on here and went to Tesco Baggot Street to avail of the deal yesterday. Loads of stock but with a new price of €5.99 each (I think), I asked a staff member and he said it ended the previous day, I said I was fairly sure it was today and he said that's what his boss told him, nothing to be gained further but I'm going to send an email to Tesco HQ.

    Go on, rub it in.

I signed up about a month ago, got nothing. Emailed them and replied to responses, last week was told I'd be getting some in the post.

Nada, nothing. I can only assume they looked at my purchase history on my card which is one shop that was alcohol and coffee only and decided they don't need riff raff like me.
