Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Koblenzer Tor in Bonn, one of the gates of the Electoral Palace.

    The vintage yellow phone booth sent me on the right track in terms of the country and region, but that was still a really tough one. :D

    I’ll put one up tomorrow unless someone has one ready in the meantime.

    That’s it indeed. Most famous for being captured by the Germans in the Battle of the Bulge. A really interesting battle to read about for anyone with an interest in WW2, but don’t ever watch the film, it’s woefully inaccurate. :)
