Hi CJ,
It doesn't have a size marking as far as I can see, I'm a large enough guy and it fits me perfectly but can also be adjusted smaller or larger of needs be. It would probably fit both sizes depending on adjustment.

The sizing of plate carriers is measured by the size of the plate bags.

Medium would be 10 x 12 ?
