Was this park ever called Horse Park?
Ive googled Horse Park Raheny which is on an old death cert but all that comes up is St Annes Pk
I know that it had a lot of horse chestnuts - maybe thats where Horse Pk comes from but I cant figure out why it would be given as an address - there is no mention of a gate keeper on cert

The house St. Annes was well-established under that name in the 1830's, the GRO started in the 1860's, so it is unlikely that any other name would have been used on a death cert. Prior to the 1830's the area was known as St Annes due to the well. The OP is either misreading the address or has not located a 'Horse Park' . The address could be checked in Thoms if the year was given.
